Service Description
Our LETB State Mandate Classroom Training is designed to ensure law enforcement officers meet all state-required training mandates in accordance with the Law Enforcement Training Board (LETB) standards. This course provides essential instruction on key topics mandated by the state, ensuring officers remain compliant with current laws, policies, and best practices. Topics covered may include, but are not limited to: ✔️ Legal Updates – Understanding recent changes in state and federal law ✔️ Use of Force & De-escalation – Strategies to reduce force encounters ✔️ Cultural Awareness & Implicit Bias – Enhancing community interactions ✔️ Mental Health & Crisis Response – Effective techniques for handling individuals in crisis ✔️ Officer Wellness & Safety – Resources for maintaining physical and mental health ✔️ Ethics & Professionalism – Upholding integrity and accountability in law enforcement This classroom-based training is led by experienced instructors and focuses on interactive discussions, case studies, and scenario-based learning to ensure officers gain practical knowledge applicable to real-world situations. Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth operations and provide the best experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled appointment or event. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage schedules effectively. Cancellation Process: To cancel an appointment, please contact us via phone or email. Ensure that you receive confirmation of your cancellation for your records. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50%, which will be charged to the payment method on file. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the service. Rescheduling: Clients wishing to reschedule their appointments must do so at least 72 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
